After earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Ceasar pursued his advanced education at West Coast University, where he obtained his Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner.

Board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Ceasar is a trusted healthcare provider with over 10 years of experience in emergency medicine. His extensive background in fast-paced, high-stakes environments has given him a unique ability to remain calm under pressure while providing excellent patient care. His clinical expertise has enabled him to develop a sharp understanding of the complexities of health, wellness, and acute care.

Dr. Hershel is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with extensive training and passion for wellness. He earned his undergraduate degree from Utah Valley University and completed medical school at Kansas City University, where he also earned a dual degree MBA in healthcare leadership from Rockhurst University. Dr. Hershel completed his residency as chief resident in emergency medicine at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, California. He also further specialized through a fellowship in ultrasound. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, traveling and boarding on most of any surface. Dr. Hetzel continues to strive in making a difference in patients lives with his passion for health, wellness and beauty.
